With True PTO, your base pay is protected - no ifs, ands, or buts. The true benefit? Our veterinarians consistently pocket more cash than they typically would have if they did not have negative accrual. It's not just about avoiding financial penalties for taking a break; it's about genuinely benefiting from it.

TRUE PTO

HIGH PRODUCER BONUS

High-producing DVMs play a critical role in the success of their hospitals. To reward their performance, we have introduced a bonus structure for our High Producers.

Eligible DVMs will earn a bonus payout of up to 10% ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION in the month after contract renewal. The bonus rate will be determined by their contracted production rate and the amount of excess production.

And the sky is the limit!

High Producer Bonus

High-producing DVMs show a tremendous commitment to success – for their career, hospital and patients. To reward financial performance, SVP has created a bonus structure for High Producers.

Eligible DVMs will earn a bonus payout of up to 10% ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION in the month after contract renewal. The bonus rate will be determined by their contracted production rate and the amount of excess production.

* Production Revenue for the purposes of the High Producers Bonus Plan is client payments, net of any discounts or refunds, received by the Company in exchange for professional services the Veterinarian renders personally plus initial medication prescriptions (but not refills or replacements) received during a scheduled office exam or consultation with Veterinarian. Eligible DVMs can earn a bonus of up to 10%, with a maximum of 30% total production as contracted, including standard production rates, Lead DVM bonus, High Producer Bonus, and/or any other contracted production pay. Management reserves the right to adjust Production Revenue for results that relate to non-routine circumstances. Bonuses will be paid on contract year results. Bonus payments calculated on contract year results will be paid to teammates in good standing as part of the payroll period the month after the contract renewal. Eligible DVMs must be employed at time of payment.

Our year-long DVM Mentorship Program provides new veterinarians with a focused plan that nurtures your personal and professional development. From helping you set career goals to ensuring you have the skillset and resources to achieve them, this program has been built with your long-term success in mind.
